Danone, a leading global food and beverage company with a presence in over 120 markets, faced hurdles in managing its multifaceted digital transformation initiatives. As Zoom rapidly scaled its workforce from 2,400 to over 5,700 employees globally between January 2020 and June 2021, managing projects across departments became increasingly complex. By centralizing project management in Asana, Zoom achieved significant improvements. Zoom estimates a time savings of 667 work days per year, equivalent to over two years of full-time work. This efficiency boost stems from forms, templates, and automated workflows.

Lucid, a company known for its visual collaboration solutions, struggled with internal communication and project management. Marketing, for example, relied on a scattered system of four work platforms, email, chat, and meetings. This siloed approach made project handoffs difficult and hindered visibility into the bigger picture. Repetitive work and stalled projects plagued marketing, impacting efficiency.

Eliminating the need to "hunt for messages" through readily accessible information within Asana streamlines workflows.
